One thing to consider with saline implants is that they are typically a little firmer in texture compared to silicone.

Silicone

Silicone has gained great popularity amongst breast augmentation patients because its texture mimics that of body fat which leaves patients with a more natural feeling implant. Unlike saline implants that are filled during your surgery, silicone implants are prefilled which means that you will be able to feel the exact difference in size from the implant to implant.
